Role Description This part-time remote Junior Data Analyst role at Nem mais uma involves supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role includes collecting, cleaning, and organizing datasets from various internal and external sources, as well as performing basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. The Junior Data Analyst will assist in building and updating reports and dashboards, preparing clear data summaries and visualizations for stakeholders, and documenting methods and findings. Collaborating with team members, the analyst will help translate business questions into analytical tasks and ensure data is accurate, consistent, and accessible.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and solve problems.
Foundational knowledge of data analytics and data modeling, including working with structured datasets.
Basic understanding of statistics to support data exploration and interpretation.
Clear communication skills to present findings in a simple, accessible way for non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus).
Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively in a part-time schedule.
