Role Description This part-time remote Junior Data Analyst role focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making across CCRM. The Junior Data Analyst will help collect, clean, and organize data from various internal sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Day-to-day tasks include running basic analyses, preparing summary reports and dashboards, and assisting in the creation of visualizations to present findings clearly to stakeholders. The role also involves documenting data processes, contributing to the improvement of data quality, and collaborating with team members to understand business questions and translate them into analytical tasks.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-informed recommendations.
Candidates should possess Data Analytics and Data Modeling skills to work with datasets, build simple models, and support reporting and forecasting tasks.
Candidates should possess a foundation in Statistics to apply basic statistical methods, understand distributions, and interpret results reliably.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to explain findings clearly, prepare concise reports, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and basic data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is beneficial.
Experience with introductory programming or querying languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) is an advantage for handling and analyzing data.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
A relevant academic background or training in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
