Role Description The Junior Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) will support data-driven decision-making across manufacturing, quality, and commercial operations in a part-time, remote role. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from internal systems and reports, performing basic data analysis, and assisting in the preparation of dashboards and visualizations. The Junior Data Analyst will help interpret trends related to production, quality metrics, and market performance, and present clear summaries to team members. This role will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, document findings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a structured, regulated environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities to interpret datasets and identify patterns.
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Statistics to support data validation, trend analysis, and reporting.
Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to structure data for analysis and build simple models that support business insights.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with spreadsheet tools and data visualization software, attention to detail, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and interest in pharmaceutical or healthcare data.
Preferred educational background includes a degree or ongoing studies in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
