SAP Finance Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Business Analyst to support SAP Finance implementation, business process improvements, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business and functional requirements.
Analyze financial processes, conduct gap analysis, and recommend SAP-enabled improvements.
Support SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA implementation, testing, go-live, and production support.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test plans, test cases, and project deliverables.
Work with developers and cross-functional teams on system changes and integrations.
Support end-user training, knowledge transfer, and transition to support teams.
Manage stakeholder communication and assist with issue/risk resolution.
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of SAP Finance experience, including implementation and end-user support.
Extensive SAP Business Analyst/project experience.
Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and financial accounting processes.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly required.
Understanding of SAP MM, system integrations, and SAP Fiori.
Experience with requirements gathering, functional specifications, testing, and UAT.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, accounting designation, or equivalent experience.
Municipal accounting or relevant private-sector financial accounting experience is preferred.
