Role Description The Junior Business Analyst contract role is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the individual will assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, and support the evaluation of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement. The Junior Business Analyst will help prepare reports, process maps, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations, and support project teams with tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in meetings and workshops, and maintaining clear documentation to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
