Role Description The Owner role at Prosper Consultants is a contract, on-site position based in Atlantic City, NJ. The Owner is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, including managing client relationships, directing marketing and customer acquisition strategies, and ensuring project delivery meets agreed outcomes. This role involves setting business objectives, monitoring financial performance, and guiding a small team or external partners to execute campaigns effectively. The Owner also engages in business development activities, identifies new market opportunities, and maintains a high standard of service quality and professional ethics. Regular on-site collaboration with clients and stakeholders is essential to support strong partnerships and successful engagements.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, decision-making, and business management skills to oversee operations and strategic direction.
Experience in marketing, customer acquisition, and client account management, ideally within a consulting or agency environment.
Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for projects and overall business health.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to maintain effective client partnerships.
Proven capability in business development, networking, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Ability to work on-site in Atlantic City, NJ and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience as a business owner, senior consultant, or director-level leader is highly beneficial.
