Junior Analyst – Role Description & Qualifications
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to support business operations through research, data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights. The Junior Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources while assisting with reporting, process improvement, and business performance evaluation. Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Internship experience, academic projects, research assignments, or previous analytical work is an advantage.
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or other analytical tools is beneficial.
Experience with reporting, business intelligence, or performance analysis is preferred.
Knowledge of data visualization and statistical analysis concepts is a plus.
