• What You’ll Actually Do
• This is a hands-on operational and client-facing role. Your day-to-day work may include:

• Financial & Investment Operations
• Reconcile and validate large volumes of property and financial data
• Analyze rent rolls, property operating statements, and investment reports
• Support asset management and portfolio reporting workflows
• Identify inconsistencies, missing data, and operational issues
• AI Platform Operations
• Use AI-powered workflows to automate financial analysis and operational tasks
• Review, validate, and improve AI-generated outputs
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve platform accuracy and operational efficiency
• Help shape how AI agents are used in institutional real estate operations
• Client Success & Support
• Work directly with U.S.-based investment firms and institutional users
• Help clients understand platform workflows, outputs, and reporting
• Troubleshoot issues and provide operational support
• Assist with onboarding and training new users
• Process & Operational Excellence
• Improve workflows, documentation, and internal operational systems
• Help scale processes across multiple client portfolios
• Operate with speed, precision, and accountability in a high-output environment

Requirements

• Recent graduate or junior professional with 0–2 years of experience
• Background in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
• Comfortable operating in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Strong interest in AI, fintech, real estate, and operational systems
