Jr. Sales Support Analyst

The GUESS?, LLC Wholesale division is seeking a talented individual to join their team. The division manages all US sales for our wholesale business, including apparel for men, women, and kids through a variety of retail customers including ecommerce, department and specialty stores. Wholesale is essential because it adds brand recognition beyond the GUESS?, LLC stores by increasing visibility and driving revenue. In the competitive fashion market, the wholesale division ensures our brand stands out with carefully curated selection of product. The fast-paced and ever-changing nature of this department requires a versatile individual with a strong understanding of product, business analytics, and the retail market.

POSITION TITLE: Jr. Sales Support Analyst

POSITION PURPOSE:

Support the wholesale sales team by ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Release orders in all divisions to Essentus. Enter e-mailed and faxed orders. Audit and release order confirmations. Process all QR orders.
• Manually reduce bulks based on transmitted orders. Release orders. Notify Planners on over projected styles. Make reductions/cancellations on orders due to inventory.
• Process requests of changes to existing orders. Key specialty orders. Process sample request. Assist the Sales Representatives by auditing and keying order confirmations for major accounts as needed. Research status of existing orders. Enter PWO's.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 0-2 Years

REQUIREMENT: This position is based onsite at our Los Angeles office and requires in-person attendance five days a week, Monday through Friday.
