Business Analyst
Rate - $32 /hr on w2 with 401k+medical benefit after 60days
Job location -Remote
HM needs a Business Analyst who can work directly with issuers and processors, understand technical requirements, coordinate onboarding and testing, and follow payment issues through resolution. Before I recommend someone, I need them to explain a specific requirement, what they personally did and how they confirmed the work was complete.
The closest backgrounds are issuer or processor client operations, payments implementations and testing or certification support. Comparable financial-services experience can also work when the candidate can demonstrate those responsibilities through clear examples.
H.S. Diploma or GED
2+ years experience with Payments, financial services, or related
In lieu of education, 4+ years experience with Payments, financial services, or related
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering or related
Experience with electronic payments in the merchant processing card industry
Experience working with Acquirers, Issuers, Processors and Gateways
Experience using Salesforce.com, Teradata, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau and Blueworks
Experience troubleshooting, researching and resolving transaction technical issues
Excellent internal and external client communication and management skills
Strong aptitude for planning, presenting and organization
Ability to understand obligations outlined in program, contract and technical requirement documents
Strong PC competency including Google Workspace, building Google Sites, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Forms
Advanced SmartSheet application development and support experience is a plus!
Strong problem-solving skills
