About the Cleveland Sirens:

 

The Cleveland Sirens are Cleveland's WNBA franchise, the league's 16th, set to tip off in 2028 at Rocket Arena. Introduced to the world on August 4, 2026, the Sirens brand was co-authored with the community over a 13-month process that engaged tens of thousands of people across Northeast Ohio. The name draws on Lake Erie, the region's defining natural asset, and the Siren herself is sharp, fearless and unapologetic, power, and a symbol of something greater than herself.

 

This is a build-from-zero opportunity. The Sirens have already banked 12,000 season ticket membership initial payments and run over 40 community events reaching more than 3,500 girls across the region, but the marketing organization, fan base and inaugural-season plan are still being built. JOB SUMMARY:

 

Rock Entertainment Group (REG) is looking for an energetic, quantitative-minded team member who wants to grow their career by using data and analytics to drive business decisions. This role sits within REG's Business Intelligence department and supports the Cleveland Sirens, working across the revenue-driving areas of ticketing, partnerships, digital & marketing, and retail.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBILITIES:

 

• Develop and maintain data visualizations, structured reporting and ad hoc reports in support of the organization's decision-making processes.
• Develop insightful and timely analysis in support of the organization's mission, goals, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze data across ticketing, partnerships, digital & marketing, and retail, and help identify strategies that drive profitable growth for these revenue areas.
• Partner with stakeholders across the Cleveland Sirens business to support an integrated data and analysis strategy.
• Collaborate with data & IT experts, working closely with other members of the business intelligence team.
• Contribute positively to the culture of the organization.
• Advocate for the use of data in helping to drive business decisions.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Strategy, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or a relevant field.
• 0-1 years of related professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, strategy or consulting; relevant internship experience welcomed.
• Familiarity with quantitative methods and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with both technical and business minded professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment.
• An insatiable curiosity and desire to understand how things work.
• Ability to bring happiness and joy to the workplace.
• SQL programming skills, Salesforce familiarity and Tableau experience are a plus.
