We are looking for an experienced ITAM Analyst III with strong Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) experience.

Location: Reston, VA Hybrid

Experience: 5+ years

Contract: Long-term / Full-time hours

Key Responsibilities

Manage software assets across the full lifecycle

Track licenses, entitlements, subscriptions, renewals, and contracts

Perform license reconciliation, compliance reviews, and utilization analysis

Support renewals, audits, true-ups, reclamation, and cost optimization

Maintain SAM data, reports, software catalogs, and CMDB alignment

Support vendor governance and cross-functional ITAM initiatives

Provide onsite HAM support including inventory, hardware moves, shipping/receiving, and device recovery

Must Have: 5+ years of ITAM/SAM experience, Flexera experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with software licensing and asset lifecycle management.
