About The Role
The Michigan Farm Bureau is looking to hire a Level I Technical Support Professional to join our dynamic team in Lansing, MI. This role is crucial in providing frontline support to our end-users, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, network, and application systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing and resolving technical issues efficiently, with a focus on resolving most inquiries at the first point of contact. Qualifications

Responsibilities
Provide frontline technical support to end-users via phone, email, or remote access, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to computers, peripherals, applications, and network connectivity.
Assist users with installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware components.
Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures.
Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in routine system maintenance, updates, and security checks to ensure optimal performance.
Provide training and guidance to users on new systems, applications, and best practices.
Stay informed about emerging technology trends and tools relevant to the organization's operational needs.
