• IT Supply Chain Business Analyst

Supply Chain IT Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in retail supply chain processes and hands-on experience in data analysis and system integration. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate data flow, system alignment, and actionable insights across supply chain planning systems.

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Domain Expertise
• • Strong understanding of retail supply chain processes, including:
• o Inventory management
• o Demand forecasting
• o Order management and replenishment
• • Good knowledge of supply chain planning inputs and outputs (on-hand, receipts, orders, forecast).

• Technical Skills
• • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• • Working knowledge of data lake architectures and processes such as:
• o Snapshotting
• o Incremental data loads
• o Data versioning

• Analytical Skills
• • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• • Ability to trace and understand complex data flows across multiple systems.

• Tools & Technologies (Preferred)
• • Experience with:
• o Data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Lake)
• o Supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, O9, etc.)
• o Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

• Preferred Qualifications
• • Experience working in retail industry environments.
• • Exposure to end-to-end supply chain planning solutions.
• • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
