IT SOX Readiness Analyst SME

• Position: IT SOX Readiness Analyst SME
• Duration: Long term Contract-to-Hire
• Location: Chicago, IL (West Loop) | Hybrid (3 days onsite preferred)

Company Summary: Coca-Cola company, is a rapidly growing dairy manufacturer known for products such as Core Power protein shakes and other ultra-filtered dairy products. As the organization continues to scale, it is building the controls, governance, and compliance framework necessary to support long-term growth and SOX readiness initiatives across the enterprise.

Skillset/Qualifications:

• • 7+ years of experience in IT SOX, IT audit, IT risk, compliance, or IT governance roles with a strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs)
• • Experience with User Access Management, Privileged Access Controls, Change Management, Segregation of Duties, and control documentation
• • Proven ability to identify control deficiencies, perform control assessments, and drive remediation efforts within complex environments
• • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience partnering directly with business leaders, technology teams, and control owners
• • Experience with Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or other ERP platforms; manufacturing or consumer products industry experience preferred

How's the work getting done/what's the pain:

• • Our client is rapidly growing and must build a SOX-ready control environment to support increased governance requirements
• • The organization is managing aggressive and frequently changing compliance deadlines with limited internal bandwidth
• • Control inventories, process documentation, and IPE documentation are still being established across approximately 10–15 in-scope applications
• • Multiple ERP platforms and newly implemented manufacturing systems require controls to be documented, assessed, and remediated
• • Needs someone who can work independently, engage stakeholders, drive meetings, and move remediation efforts forward with minimal hand holding
• Top 3 Things Needed:
• • Strong IT SOX and ITGC experience
• • Ability to identify control gaps and independently drive remediation efforts
• • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work directly with stakeholders and lead discussions
