- Role Description
- We are seeking a full-time, remote IT - Senior JDE Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to analyze, define, and document business requirements related to JD Edwards (JDE) applications and processes. You will be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored IT solutions. Additionally, you will support system implementations, test plans, and provide hands-on troubleshooting, ensuring the functionality and effectiveness of JDE systems.
- Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret data for insightful business solutions.
- Proven experience in Business Analysis, including defining and refining business requirements.
- Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing Business Processes and workflows.
- Expertise in Information Technology systems, particularly JD Edwards (JDE) applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of project management principles and experience in conducting testing and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in JDE or business analysis are a plus.
- Experience in the technology distribution industry or a similar environment is an asset.
