Key Responsibilities
Manage Change Requests (CRs), including creation, coordination, implementation, testing, and documentation.
Handle Incident Management by troubleshooting issues, documenting solutions, and creating FAQs.
Monitor and follow up on system failures to ensure timely resolution.
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and related documentation.
Plan, execute, and continuously improve IT operational processes and service interfaces.
Participate in SAP-related IT projects and initiatives.
Perform IT operations and maintenance activities following established procedures.
Support data security, system testing, and process documentation.
Provide Level 2 technical support, user coaching, and training.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, or SAP Support.
Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, SolMan, BPM, LFS, or GAMA.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and User Management.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience coordinating IT projects and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Fluent in English.
