• Location: Remote (Eastern time zone preferred)

Shift: 8 AM-5 PM

This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.

We are looking for an IT Operations Analyst to support the Healthcare Diagnostics division by maintaining reliable IT operations and improving business processes. In this role, you'll manage IT operational activities, coordinate change and incident management, administer user access, and support SAP-related initiatives. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external service providers to ensure stable and efficient IT services.

• Manage Change Requests from creation through implementation and testing.
• Coordinate Incident Management activities, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.
• Monitor and follow up on system failures to ensure timely resolution.
• Administer user accounts, security roles, and access management processes.
• Support SAP-related IT initiatives and operational improvements.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party IT service providers.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and IT projects.
• Ensure IT operations comply with established procedures and security standards.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of IT Operations experience.
• Experience with Change Management and Incident Management.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with SAP systems or SAP projects.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Experience with user account administration and access management.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of SolMan, BPM, GAMA, or LFS.
• ITIL knowledge or certification.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional IT projects.
• Experience working with external IT service providers.
• Continuous process improvement experience.
