About the opportunity:
As a member of the Information Technology (I.T.) team, you’ll work alongside a cross-functional group across the organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience and understand how a business operates from the inside. You’ll be introduced to our digital transformation journey and learn how RPA and AI powered agents are developed and implemented across the company. If you're a student who is innovative, enthusiastic, and organized, this internship is a great way to apply your skills, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact. By the end of the internship, you’ll have developed the ability to identify and remove roadblocks, and you’ll demonstrate strong creative problem-solving skills—valuable assets for any future career in tech or business.
The attributes we are looking for:
- Analyze, understand, and document the business processes in detail where required and identify automation opportunities
- Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements
- Design RPA process solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions
- Design and develop Copilot agents (M365 Copilot Build / Copilot Studio)
- Configure knowledge sources (SharePoint, files, knowledge bases)
- Create prompts, topics, and logic for agent interactions
- Build automation flows using UIPATH and Power Automate
- Test the automated processes with real business scenarios and refine responses
- Create and maintain solution documentation
- Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes
- Communicate with RPA vendors on software-related issues, suggested improvements, and participating with other users in the RPA community
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and identify solutions
- Work within project planning constraints and provide timely updates
- Passionate about I.T Systems and have a keen interest in contributing to the RPA strategy
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
What you will bring:
- Knowledge of software development and coding in various languages
- Experience in Computer Science is an asset
- Understanding of workflow-based logic
- Understanding of Windows, mainframe, or web-based platforms
- Knowledge of RPA technologies (e.g., UIPath) is a strong asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio is a strong asset
- Able to quickly learn necessary technical tools
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills and ability to take direction while working under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, an aptitude for problem solving, and the ability to work in a team environment
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Compensation:
As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is $21/h – $27+/h.
Please note: Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
