This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. This individual will gather requirements, analyze processes, support system enhancements, and collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and solutions.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend system improvements.
• Create process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation.
• Partner with developers, QA teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• Support Agile ceremonies, testing, system implementations, and deployments.
• Track project risks, issues, decisions, and deliverables.
• Support small projects and cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Communicate project updates and technical information to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of business analysis or systems experience.
• Experience with SDLC, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user story development.
• Experience working with enterprise systems or technology projects.
• Experience with Visio or similar process mapping tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Business analysis, project management, or Agile certification is preferred.
