- Job Title: IT Business Analyst
- Overview:
- Join a dynamic organization as an IT Business Analyst, a critical role that bridges business needs and IT solutions. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise and innovative mindset to drive impactful projects within a collaborative environment. Whether on-site in PA or remote, you will contribute to designing and implementing systems that enhance operational efficiencies and support business growth.
- Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s of Science or Arts Degree
- 3+ years’ experience working with systems
- 3+ years’ experience with SDLC, system development methodologies, requirements gathering, and business process mapping
- Previous Business Analysis experience
- Ability to translate business needs into system specifications
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and processes (Epic, Feature, Story creation)
- Experience working with project teams from initiation to closure
- Proficiency with Visio, Lucid for process mapping
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Ability to work in-office in PA 3 days per week
- Nice to Have Skills:
- PMI-PBA, CBAP, or CAPM certification (in good standing)
- Agile Practice Certification (CSP, AAC)
- Building or Construction industry experience
- Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 3 years of relevant business analysis experience within enterprise environments
- Other Requirements:
- Must have JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience
- Ability to work during standard business hours (8:30am-5:00pm) in your time zone if remote
- Willingness to travel or work on-site as necessary depending on project needs
