IT Business Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX | Findlay, OH | Galveston Bay Refinery, TX

• Position Summary
• We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise operations transformation initiative. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather and document business requirements, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful delivery across multiple project workstreams.
• The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven experience in business analysis, requirements management, and vendor coordination within complex enterprise environments.

• Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define solution requirements.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project discussions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
• Support multiple parallel project workstreams while maintaining priorities and timelines.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and solution validation.
• Maintain project documentation, process flows, and requirements artifacts.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to project leadership.

• Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience supporting large enterprise transformation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Vendor management or third-party coordination experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), process flows, and user stories.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities, industrial operations, or similar enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide operational or business transformation programs.
