  • Compensation: $120,000+ base + bonus + comprehensive benefits
  • Position Overview
  • The Investor Services Analyst will serve as a key point of contact for wealth clients invested in U.S. registered interval funds. This individual will play an integral role in delivering quality client experience while supporting operational workflows across the full investor lifecycle.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for financial advisors and wealth clients invested in interval funds
  • Coordinate investor onboarding and offboarding, including account setup/maintenance
  • Manage client inquiries, RFIs, and due diligence requests in a timely manner
  • Support investor servicing activities including cash flows, capital calls, and distributions
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely client reporting
  • Maintain and validate client data across internal systems
  • Assist with client portal access, reporting distribution, and documentation updates

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience within investment management, client service, or fund operations
  • Direct experience supporting interval funds or tender offer funds required
  • Strong understanding of interval fund structures (’40 Act funds)
  • Experience working with wealth clients, RIAs, or financial advisors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to SQL or Python is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
