  • The Role
  • We are seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join our team. This individual will support all aspects of investor communications, client service, and fundraising across our open- and closed-end funds. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a growing platform, gaining exposure to institutional and high-net-worth investors, as well as the affordable housing sector. Eventually, the Investor Relations Analyst will step into a business development role working with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain investor materials, including pitch decks, fact sheets, quarterly reports, and ad hoc requests.
  • Manage ongoing communications with existing investors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of fund updates.
  • Support fundraising efforts, including coordinating roadshows, investor meetings, and due diligence processes.
  • Assist in tracking prospective investor pipelines and CRM database management.
  • Collaborate with investment, compliance, and finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of investor reporting.
  • Conduct market and peer research to support capital raising initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or client service within private markets, real estate, or asset management.
  • Strong communication and writing skills; ability to distill complex information for investors.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial team environment.
