- The Role
- We are seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join our team. This individual will support all aspects of investor communications, client service, and fundraising across our open- and closed-end funds. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a growing platform, gaining exposure to institutional and high-net-worth investors, as well as the affordable housing sector. Eventually, the Investor Relations Analyst will step into a business development role working with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain investor materials, including pitch decks, fact sheets, quarterly reports, and ad hoc requests.
- Manage ongoing communications with existing investors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of fund updates.
- Support fundraising efforts, including coordinating roadshows, investor meetings, and due diligence processes.
- Assist in tracking prospective investor pipelines and CRM database management.
- Collaborate with investment, compliance, and finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of investor reporting.
- Conduct market and peer research to support capital raising initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or client service within private markets, real estate, or asset management.
- Strong communication and writing skills; ability to distill complex information for investors.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial team environment.
