Investor Relations Analyst

LHH is partnering with a global investment management firm with over two decades of operating history and more than $5B in assets under management across a range of investment strategies in their search for an Investor Relations Analyst. This role will support the investor relations function through day-to-day coordination, reporting support, and administrative execution, providing exposure to investor communications and the broader lifecycle of fund operations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support communication efforts between the firm and its investor base, ensuring responsiveness and professionalism across all touchpoints
• Assist in the preparation and formatting of investor materials, including performance reports, presentations, investor updates, and due diligence documentation
• Help coordinate logistics for investor meetings, reviews, and quarterly calls
• Maintain accurate investor records within CRM systems, including updates to contact details, activity notes, and reporting data
• Track and respond to routine inbound investor requests, escalating as appropriate
• Provide administrative support for investor-related events, conferences, and internal coordination efforts
• Partner with internal stakeholders across accounting, legal, and investment teams to gather information for reporting and communications
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery of recurring investor reporting materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline
• 1+ year of experience in an administrative, operations, or support-oriented role, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Dynamo is a plus
• Interest in developing within investor relations or asset management

This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the base salary range is estimated to be $65,000 - $80,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
