Investor Services Analyst

Comp: $95,000-145,000 base (+ $10-25k bonus)

  • A growing alternative investment firm is seeking an Investor Services Analyst to join its investor operations team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for investors while supporting reporting, onboarding, CRM management, and operational processes across a sophisticated institutional investor base.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within private markets, investor services, or client operations while working closely with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, compliance, tax, and investor relations.

Responsibilities

  • Investor Services
  • Serve as a primary contact for investor inquiries and requests
  • Manage investor correspondence and ensure timely resolution
  • Respond to requests related to capital activity, reporting, tax documentation, due diligence questionnaires, ESG requests, transfers, and account maintenance
  • Verify investor information and maintain accurate account records
  • Investor Reporting & Operations
  • Support quarterly investor reporting and capital account statements
  • Assist with investor onboarding and account setup
  • Maintain investor records within the firm's CRM platform
  • Manage investor portal access and permissions
  • Assist with collection and review of tax documentation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations teams to gather information for investor requests
  • Support process improvements and operational initiatives
  • Participate in special projects as needed
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1–4 years of experience within financial services, investment management, fund administration, banking, or investor services
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM platforms preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
