Investment Operations Analyst

Chesapeake Search Partners is working with an established client to hire an Investment Operations Analyst. This role supports a broad range of investment operations activities, with a strong focus on project data, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams. The position offers a blend of financial analysis, investment operations, and project coordination in a collaborative environment

• What You'll Do
• Manage investment project data and support quarterly updates across multiple systems
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for a portfolio of investment projects
• Analyze project data, investigate discrepancies, and help ensure reporting accuracy
• Partner with teams across investment, finance, operations, and business development to support project execution
• Assist with onboarding new investment projects and maintaining related documentation and reporting
• Contribute to process improvements and help enhance investment operations workflows

• What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, investment operations, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with complex financial data
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, Smartsheet, Yardi, or similar business systems is a plus
