Investment Operations Analyst

A highly respected boutique advisory firm serving hedge funds, family offices, and private credit managers is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its growing New York team.

📍 Location: New York City (Hybrid – 2 days in office, midtown NYC / 3 days remote)

💰 Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 base + ~20% bonus

What We're Looking For:

• 3–6 years of hedge fund trade operations / middle office experience
• Strong preference for candidates coming directly from hedge funds, particularly public markets and equities-focused funds
• Credit experience is a plus
• Strong fund administration or prime brokerage candidates will also be considered
• Client-service oriented, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Trade support across multiple asset classes including equities, options, futures, swaps, FX, commodities, and credit products
• Daily cash, position, and transaction reconciliations
• Corporate actions processing
• Prime broker, administrator, and vendor relationship management
• Cash and leverage reporting
• Regulatory filing support (ADV, PF, 13F)
• Process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
