Role Description The Investment Banking Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The analyst will support deal execution by building detailed financial models, preparing valuation analyses, and drafting client presentations and marketing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting industry and company research, assisting with due diligence, organizing data rooms, and analyzing financial statements. The role also involves collaborating with senior team members on M&A and capital advisory assignments, preparing pitch materials, and helping manage transaction timelines. The analyst is expected to maintain high professional standards, communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused culture.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Investment Banking concepts, including valuation and capital markets.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling and advanced Excel skills to support transaction analysis.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting financial statements, market data, and transaction structures.
- Experience or familiarity with Due Diligence processes, including data review and risk assessment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations and reports.
- Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client service; prior internship or experience in investment banking or corporate finance is a plus.
