Full Time · In Office · Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (USA)

Posted Aug 13, 2026

  • Investment Banking Analyst | Conshohocken, PA- onsite
  • Delancey Street Partners is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join our entrepreneurial, client-focused advisory platform. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania—just outside Philadelphia.
  • Analysts will work closely with the firm’s founders and senior professionals to execute merger and acquisition transactions across a range of industries. This is a highly collaborative role offering substantial responsibility, direct client exposure, and a steep learning curve within small, experienced deal teams.
  • The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant full-time professional experience and a strong desire to build a long-term career in investment banking while living in the greater Philadelphia area. Relevant backgrounds may include investment or commercial banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, valuation, accounting, or management consulting.
  • Responsibilities
  • · Prepare high-quality client materials, including pitch books, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, valuation materials, and other transaction documentation
  • · Conduct industry, market, company, buyer, and investor research in support of active engagements and business-development initiatives
  • · Perform valuation analyses using a range of methodologies, including comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, discounted cash flow analysis, and leveraged buyout analysis
  • · Build and maintain detailed financial models, including three-statement models, LBOs, bolt-on acquisitions, merger models, and other transaction-specific analyses
  • · Draft clear, thoughtful written analyses and reports for client assignments and new-business efforts
  • · Coordinate efficiently with deal-team members across the firm and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • · Support execution processes from initial preparation through diligence, buyer outreach, management presentations, negotiation, and closing
  • Qualifications
  • · Bachelor’s degree required
  • · Coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance strongly preferred
  • · 1–2 years of relevant full-time professional experience
  • · Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial statement analysis capabilities
  • · Demonstrated financial modeling proficiency and strong Excel skills
  • · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • · Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and research skills
  • · Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability
  • · Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and produce high-quality work under pressure
  • · Proactive, resourceful, “can-do” mindset and a willingness to take ownership of workstreams
  • · Collaborative approach, positive attitude, and desire to contribute to a close-knit team
  • Other Considerations
  • Our client teams are intentionally small, giving Analysts the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility early in their careers. Analysts work directly with senior bankers and interact with senior management teams, private equity professionals, and strategic buyers throughout the transaction process.
  • This role is well suited for a highly motivated professional who wants meaningful exposure to live M&A transactions, mentorship from senior professionals, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact on a growing investment banking platform.
