Overview

• Seeking a highly motivated Technology Investment Banking Analyst with experience in software and technology M&A and financing transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modelling capabilities, analytical skills, and the ability to support transaction execution from origination through closing.
• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct company, market, and industry research and due diligence.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including three-statement models, LBO models, and retention analyses.
• Prepare investor presentations, marketing materials, and transaction-related documentation.
• Identify, research, and evaluate strategic and financial investors.
• Support M&A sell side, capital raising, recapitalization, and financing transactions.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers and deal teams throughout transaction execution.
• Communicate with clients, investors, and transaction counterparties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, corporate finance, or related financial services.
• Experience supporting software and technology sector transactions.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, including LBO analysis.
• Excellent analytical, research, and presentation abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
