As an Analyst, you will work alongside and support senior bankers on building financial models, deal execution, creating marketing materials, and researching industries or sectors as determined by the team. You will also be actively involved in live capital raising engagements, with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• · Financial analysis and modeling
• · Drafting marketing and transaction materials
• · Due diligence
• · Attending client pitches, meetings, and drafting sessions
• · Creating and managing data rooms
• · Any other support services required to assist in winning new business and closing transactions

Qualifications:

• · At least one-year of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Accounting
• · Highly detail oriented with strong analytical abilities
• · Excellent mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills
• · Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
• · Highly proactive with a strong work ethic
• · Ability to manage many projects simultaneously
• · Proficiency in accounting and finance
• · Positive attitude
