Role Description The Investment Analyst role at QA ENGINEERS JOBS is a part-time remote position focused on supporting internal and client-facing financial decision-making. This role also involves monitoring existing portfolios, tracking key metrics, and staying informed about relevant economic, sector, and regulatory developments. The position is designed for individuals who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate insights clearly in a remote setting.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of investments and portfolio management, with the ability to evaluate asset classes and construct or review investment portfolios.
Advanced analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities to interpret complex data and build decision-support models.
Solid foundation in finance, including understanding of valuation methods, risk measures, and core financial concepts.
Proficiency in using spreadsheets and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software); familiarity with data visualization tools is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, or progress toward them) are an advantage.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Interest in technology and understanding of the IT/QA sector is a plus, supporting alignment with the company’s core business.
