  • Role Description The Owner role at Greentarget Global Group is a full-time, hybrid position based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some work from home. The Owner provides strategic direction for the firm, overseeing business strategy, client service standards, and the development of integrated communications and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and refining company vision, guiding senior leaders, engaging in high-level client relationships, and evaluating new service offerings and market opportunities. The role also involves managing financial performance, overseeing operational efficiency, nurturing a collaborative and inclusive culture, and ensuring that the organization maintains strong ethical and professional standards. The Owner is expected to represent the firm publicly, contribute to thought leadership, and drive sustainable growth in both US and European markets.
  • Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in senior leadership or ownership of a professional services or communications firm, with a track record of strategic growth and client impact.
  • Strong background in business strategy, financial management, and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in sectors such as legal, financial, consulting, or other business-to-business industries.
  • Experience leading integrated communications, public relations, or marketing programs, preferably in complex, multi-practice or multi-region environments.
  • Skill in developing and leading high-performing, diverse teams, including talent development, mentoring, and succession planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision, influence stakeholders, and contribute to thought leadership content.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Chicago, IL, with the ability to manage in-person collaboration alongside remote work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, law, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD, or similar) is beneficial.
  • Experience operating across US and European markets, or other international contexts, is an advantage.
