Investment Analyst - Healthcare

Enix is building a healthcare-dedicated, collaborative long/short investment team and is seeking experienced buy-side investment analysts to join our founding investment team.

We are particularly interested in candidates with deep expertise across one or more healthcare subsectors, including pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, healthcare services, and medical devices.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct deep fundamental research across healthcare companies and subsectors
• Develop differentiated, high-conviction long and short investment ideas
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation frameworks, and investment theses
• Monitor industry trends, company developments, and other catalysts that may impact investment opportunities
• Clearly communicate research findings and investment recommendations to the broader investment team
• Contribute to the development of Enix’s research process and investment culture as a member of the founding team

• Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years of buy-side healthcare equity research or investing experience
• Deep expertise in one or more healthcare subsectors
• Strong fundamental equity research, financial modeling, and valuation skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop differentiated investment ideas and conduct rigorous fundamental research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and a high degree of self-motivation
• An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help build a high-performing investment organization from the ground up
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and high-performance environment
