Our Toronto-based client is hiring an Intermediate Business Analyst for a 12-month hybrid contract (3 days onsite) in Toronto.
Must Haves:
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience creating user stories and process maps
- Experience with ServiceNow GRC, IRM, CMDB, APM, or TPM modules
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, audit, attestation, and certification processes
- Experience supporting UAT, data validation, and requirements traceability
- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Performance Analytics, reporting, and dashboards
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills
