- Role Summary
- We are looking for a US-based Interim CFO / Fundraising Lead to help drive our Series A (the company’s second institutional round, and potentially its last round) financing process, with a focus on US investor access and capital raising execution. This is a commission-based interim role, best suited for a senior finance leader or fundraising operator with a strong investor network across US venture capital, growth equity, infrastructure, energy transition, or AI infrastructure funds.
- Key Responsibilities
- Refine the fundraising narrative, investor materials, financial model, and valuation logic targeting US investors.
- Develop and manage a targeted investor pipeline across venture, growth equity, strategic, infrastructure, and family-office capital.
- Manage US investor outreach, follow-ups, data room preparation, diligence workflow, and closing coordination.
- Ideal Profile
- Prior CFO, investment banker, VC/growth investor, or fundraising advisor experience.
- Proven track record supporting growth-stage financings.
- Strong investor relationships in the US market.
- Familiarity with one or more of: AI infrastructure, data centers, energy storage, power infrastructure, project finance, climate tech, or industrial technology.
- Comfortable working with a Hong Kong headquartered company on a success-fee / commission-based compensation model (cash, equity or hybrid).
