- Job Title: Interface Analyst Lead

Our Client is Looking an experienced Interface Analyst Lead to provide technical leadership for enterprise healthcare integration initiatives. This senior-level role is responsible for overseeing integration design, implementation, support, and team coordination while serving as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in healthcare interoperability, messaging standards, and healthcare workflows, combined with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities
- Integration Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of healthcare integration solutions
- Serve as the primary representative for the team during project discussions and strategic initiatives
- Act as the first point of escalation for integration-related issues and project challenges
- Ensure integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
- Monitor work intake processes and oversee task assignments and execution
- Healthcare Interoperability & Technical Expertise
- Provide subject matter expertise in healthcare messaging and interoperability standards, including:
- HL7
- FHIR
- EDI
- XML
- CSV
- Support integrations between EMRs, enterprise applications, third-party vendors, and healthcare platforms
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of integration technologies and healthcare workflows
- Troubleshoot complex interface and data exchange issues
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate technical concepts in business-friendly language
- Facilitate project meetings, work sessions, and cross-functional discussions
- Coordinate communications across teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead daily team meetings and provide work oversight and guidance
- Support resource planning and workload management
- Assist with onboarding, training, mentoring, and professional development of team members
- Participate in interviews, candidate evaluations, and hiring activities
- Contribute to performance management processes and team development initiatives
- Documentation & Process Management
- Ensure all project, implementation, and support documentation remains accurate and up to date
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
- Drive consistency and quality across integration processes and deliverables
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

- Strong SQL and database experience, including:

- Transact-SQL
- Stored Procedures
- Familiarity with integration and ETL technologies such as:
- Microsoft SSIS
- Informatica PowerCenter
- IBM Integration Bus
- Diplomat (preferred)
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Ability to build effective working relationships across technical and business teams
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and delivery excellence
- High level of intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong expertise in healthcare messaging standards and integration methodologies
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- 9+ years of IT experience in technical analyst, implementation, or integration roles
- 5+ years of healthcare systems integration experience
- 5+ years of experience with SQL, relational databases, and stored procedures
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Visio)
- Experience working with healthcare integration platforms and middleware technologies
- Epic Bridges Certification highly preferred
