Description
SAIC has an immediate opening for an Intelligence Analyst on an exciting program in Chantilly. The candidate will serve as the focal point for collection requirements across the branch by tracking the status of existing and planned activities, interfacing regularly with stakeholders for inputs and statuses, as well as developing comprehensive documentation related to these efforts. The candidate must be a self-starter who is comfortable addressing core position responsibilities with minimal oversight.
We are seeking a candidate who will
- Provide outstanding customer support in order to meet high demand requirements
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and interact with varying levels of stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project updates
- Act with initiative and flexibility to work both individually and in a team environment with limited oversight
- Demonstrate capacity to pivot and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate effective writing and oral communication skills
- Build strong relationships across the organization in an effort to work collaboratively and effectively
In this role you will do things such as
- Serve as a focal point identify, gather, monitor, and update collection requirements, as well as communicate these requirements, all to ensure compliance with policy, objectives, and organizational goals
- Coordinate routine engagements across customer components, mission partners, and stakeholders, to include interfacing directly with these mission stakeholders on joint projects
- Respond to formal requests for mission requirements
- Document and routinely monitor technical requirements
- Draft talking points, highlights, status reports, and strategy documentation for senior leadership engagements, and for programs/projects
- Capture meeting notes and produce executive level reports related to these engagements
Qualifications
- Must currently hold an Active TS/SCI with Poly in order to be considered
- 5+ years of working with the sponsor
- Minimum of 10 years of overall experience
- Bachelor's Degree, or relevant experience can be substituted for the degree
- Solid understanding of the customer organization in order to facilitate requirements, disseminate key objectives, and respond timely to data calls
- Extensive experience engaging with a wide variety of mission stakeholders across the customer space
- Experience with applying policy knowledge against key requirements that directly impacts projects
- Demonstrated expertise and ability in using sponsor-specific platforms for official communication
- Strong cable writing skills and operational experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to parse relevant information and clearly and concisely provide management with updates
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and actions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Target salary range $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
