The Integration Analyst supports the implementation and ongoing integration of DASH's U.S. Equities and Options trading products with clients and external vendors. This client-facing role is responsible for coordinating and executing FIX certification and integration testing, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting UAT environments, and helping ensure successful connectivity and order routing through DASH's platforms.
The Integration Analyst works closely with clients as well as DASH's Sales, Trading Operations, and Network Operations teams to support integrations from testing through implementation. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of DASH's products, U.S. Equities and Options markets, and FIX-based trading workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute FIX certification and integration testing with clients and vendors for U.S. Equities and Options trading products.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Trading Operations, and Network Operations teams to support client integration and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot FIX-related issues and provide technical guidance and client support.
- Create and maintain Confluence documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational processes.
- Configure and maintain UAT environments to support internal and client testing activities through FIX APIs.
Required Skills, Experience And Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of FIX 4.2 protocol and FIX order routing.
- Basic knowledge of U.S. Equities and Options markets.
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux platforms.
- Basic knowledge of networking and TCP/IP concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage an independent workload effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
Salary Range & Benefits
The estimated salary range is $75,000-115,000. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
