• Role Description
• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wilmington, MA, for an Infrastructure Business Systems Analyst. The ideal candidate is a:

• Business Systems Analyst who worked in infrastructure project
• Has Recent work experience working with ServiceNow, Salesforce (as a ticketing system)
• Has experience helping with a helpdesk system migration
• Helpdesk knowledge (ticketing)

Responsibilities

• Write Test plans and requirements
• Provide some QA support
• Business requirements and technology requirements are written appropriately

Requirements

• A business systems analyst who worked on infrastructure projects
• Recently worked with either ServiceNow, Salesforce (as a ticketing system) Sailpoint or Avanti
• Helpdesk knowledge - Ticketing
• Someone that can work independently
• Someone proactive
