- We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to support technology projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Servers, Workstations, Microsoft 365/O365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.
- The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, technical documentation, testing, implementation, and stakeholder communication skills, along with experience working on infrastructure technology projects.
- Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business requirements from project stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze current business processes and systems.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and solution specifications.
- Support infrastructure technology projects across networking, servers, workstations, M365/O365, VoIP, and service center environments.
- Perform data analysis and conduct research to support project decisions.
- Develop technical requirements, procedures, and process documentation.
- Participate in testing and implementation of technology solutions.
- Identify issues, obstacles, and opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Support system improvements and process optimization initiatives.
- Create RFPs and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users.
- Manage multiple projects and assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project teams.
- Required Skills
- 5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 / M365 Productivity Suite
- Proven experience working on Infrastructure technology projects
- Strong requirements gathering and analysis experience
- Business process analysis and documentation
- Technical requirements and solution documentation
- Stakeholder interviewing and stakeholder management
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with testing and implementation of technology solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing assignments
- Experience creating RFPs and Contract Scope of Deliverables
- Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work independently
