Infrastructure Analyst Support

Job Summary:

• Location: Moline, IL
• Duration: 12 Months
• Responsible for monitoring, managing, reporting, collaborating, and triaging IT infrastructure changes within established processes. Provides infrastructure support, resolves low-complexity issues, and supports infrastructure and application environments.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, events, incidents, and changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues using information analysis.
• Support infrastructure technology across a diverse business environment.
• Identify and implement infrastructure components with guidance.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business partners.
• Maintain reporting and documentation related to infrastructure operations.
• Participate in 24x7/on-call rotations as required.
• Required Skills:
• 5+ years of infrastructure support experience.
• Strong experience with infrastructure monitoring and management.
• Experience with Event, Incident, and Change Management.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and application domains.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in collaborative team environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible to support on-call/24x7 operations.
• Important:
• Candidates with only basic help desk/service desk experience are not a fit. Candidates must have demonstrated hands-on IT infrastructure support and monitoring experience.
• Must-Haves
• 5+ years of IT Infrastructure Support experience
• Strong Infrastructure Monitoring experience
• Incident, Event & Change Management
• Infrastructure troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Experience supporting Infrastructure & Application environments
• Ability to analyze and resolve infrastructure issues
• Strong communication and collaborative team skills
• Willingness to support 24x7/on-call rotation
• Not just Help Desk/Service Desk experience — hands-on infrastructure support is required
