Temporary IT Support Analyst

• Position Overview
• We are seeking a temporary IT staff member to support a client’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role focuses on provisioning system access for new hires and processing access changes for existing staff. The position requires a basic IT skill set and a strong ability to follow documented processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level IT professionals or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in IAM within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision user access for new hires across designated systems and applications
• Modify, remove, or update access for existing employees based on approved requests
• Execute tasks using established IAM procedures and internal documentation
• Process and track requests through a ticketing system
• Validate approvals and ensure access changes align with security standards
• Communicate clearly with IAM team members, HR, and business stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance and audit requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Basic IT knowledge or prior experience in an IT support or administrative role
• Familiarity with user account management, access requests, or onboarding processes (preferred, not required)
• Experience working in a ticket-based system is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
• Exposure to IAM tools or platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, ServiceNow)
• Previous contract or temporary support experience
• Interest in IT security, IAM, or enterprise IT operations
