Information Technology Business Analyst

GlobalSource IT is working with a client with a need to add a Business Analyst Consultant to help with a portfolio of IT Financials and HR System projects. This will start as a 6 month contract. (EAST COAST CANDIDATES)

This individual will be responsible for driving user adoption, minimizing business disruption, and ensuring employees are prepared to successfully transition to the new recruiting platform.

• 5–8 years of IT or business analysis experience in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with HR systems, processes, or stakeholders (primary focus area).
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating discussions into structured process flows and requirements artifacts.
• Hands-on exposure to one or more HR application platforms such as Workday, UKG, or comparable systems useful, but not requried
• Familiarity with project management fundamentals and the ability to coordinate tasks, track progress, and surface risks to leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action and the ability to structure ambiguous situations quickly.
