Information Technology Analyst

Responsibility:

• 1. IT Application support within Banking and Utility Industry
• 2. User provisioning such as grant access, delete access, modify access to multiple applications
• 3. Create incident ticket & change order using ServiceNow
• 4. Troubleshoot application related issue
• 5. Provide technical support of applications in a multi-platform environment
• 6. Work in UNIX environment
• 7. Other IT activities as instructed by the manager

Skills:

• 1. OS : Windows 11, UNIX/LINUX
• 2. 1+ years of experience CyberArk experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• 3. 1+ years of ServiceNow, Azure Cloud, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog experience is preferable.
• 4. Any application Support experience is preferred
• 5. Understanding working with scripting (SQL) language
• 6. Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• 7. Flexible, self-motivated and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within team environment.
