Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to provide global support for Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) systems and Operational Technology (OT) environments across multiple manufacturing sites worldwide. This role will support critical manufacturing applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, and system integrations while collaborating with global teams to ensure reliable plant operations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide global IT support for Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) applications and manufacturing systems across international production facilities.
• Support and maintain OT network segmentation and cybersecurity initiatives, including Zscaler security solutions for manufacturing environments.
• Deploy, install, configure, and maintain new technologies and software releases for manufacturing equipment and OT systems.
• Perform system integration testing, application support, and operating system administration for machine-level manufacturing applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine-integrated applications, manufacturing systems, and supporting infrastructure.
• Gather business and technical requirements and develop system specifications based on operational needs, scalability, data extraction, retention, and reporting requirements.
• Install and support new manufacturing equipment while maintaining the underlying IT and OT infrastructure.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize MOM applications to ensure system availability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Infrastructure teams to support production operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all changes to quality-related systems are properly documented and executed in accordance with validation, compliance, and change management procedures.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, and technology deployments across global manufacturing locations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or industrial applications.
• Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT), manufacturing environments, and industrial system integrations.
• Experience with Windows-based systems, networking, infrastructure support, and application troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, OT network segmentation, and security technologies such as Zscaler is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
