Job Description
The Information Security Analyst – AI Security & Governance will play a critical role in enabling safe, scalable adoption of AI across the enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of Information Security, Architecture, and AI Enablement, serving as both a governance authority and a strategic enabler of AI experimentation.

What Will You Be Doing?
Serve as primary intake point for AI security reviews and evaluate AI/LLM/agent use cases.
Construct guardrails to support Copilot Agent Lifecycle for high ROI agents
Assess AI architectures, including LLM Gateways, MCP Gateways, APIs, and integrations for security risks.
Drive AI security governance and define technical guardrails aligned with enterprise policies.
Deploy and operationalize “Security for AI” tooling implementations in partnership with Security and Collaboration teams, specifically targeting productivity tooling and coding agents.
Enable safe AI experimentation by guiding teams on secure design patterns and approved tools.
Perform data risk and sensitivity assessments for AI use cases.
Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Procurement, and Architecture on AI risk and compliance.
Support AI architecture decision-making and contribute to enterprise standards.
Monitor evolving AI threats such as prompt injection and data leakage.
Document risk decisions and governance outcomes for auditability.
Support reporting on AI adoption, risk posture, and governance metrics.

What Will You Need to Bring?
BA/BS in Information Security, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–6+ years of experience in Information Security, Security Architecture, or related field.
Experience reviewing application architectures, APIs, or cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with AI/LLMs or agent-based systems.
Strong understanding of data protection, access control, and secure design principles.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, legal, and business teams.
Strong communication skills with ability to translate risks into actionable guidance.
