Travel: Up to 5% to hospital/client sites
Job Description
We are looking for a Software Implementation Analyst to support implementation of a healthcare SaaS product used by hospitals for facility compliance reporting. No programming is required, and training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Gather, upload, and verify client data.
Upload documents and facility drawings into the system.
Configure user roles and system settings.
Participate in client meetings and provide user training.
Maintain implementation documentation and manage multiple priorities.
Learn the software and relevant The Joint Commission compliance requirements.
Travel to hospital sites occasionally, typically for 2-day visits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.)
Recent graduates are welcome.
Excellent academic record.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
No programming experience required.
