Job Title: Implementation Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Analyst to support multiple technology implementation initiatives, including hardware and software deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and business process improvements. This role will collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, field technicians, and support teams to ensure successful project execution while minimizing operational disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support end-to-end technology implementation projects.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, tracking, and status reporting.
Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and field technicians during deployments and installations.
Troubleshoot enterprise networking issues involving Cisco and/or Meraki networking equipment.
Support iOS/iPad device provisioning, enrollment, configuration, and troubleshooting using enterprise MDM platforms.
Perform network diagnostics involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, and firewall connectivity.
Validate system configurations, perform testing, and support production deployments.
Document implementation activities, technical procedures, and project updates.
Provide training assistance and post-implementation (hypercare) support.
Identify implementation risks, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting IT implementations, technology deployments, or infrastructure rollout projects.
Hands-on experience with enterprise networking, including:
Cisco and/or Meraki switches, routers, wireless access points, and SD-WAN.
Strong networking knowledge, including:
TCP/IP
DNS
DHCP
VPN
Wi-Fi
Firewall troubleshooting
Experience supporting iOS/iPad devices, including:
Device provisioning
Enrollment
Configuration
Application deployment
End-user support
Experience with MDM platforms such as:
Microsoft Intune
JAMF
Workspace ONE
AirWatch
Experience coordinating with vendors, field technicians, and business stakeholders during installations and production support.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting retail store technology environments.
Familiarity with Meraki MX, MS, and MR product lines.
Experience supporting POS systems, payment devices, printers, and store technology.
Basic understanding of cloud networking and SaaS application support.
Certifications such as:
Cisco CCNA
Meraki ECMS
CompTIA Network+
Microsoft Intune Certification (preferred but not required)
Education & Experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.
3–5 years of experience supporting technology implementations, infrastructure deployments, or field technology operations.
2–3 years of hands-on enterprise networking troubleshooting experience.
